Core Strengthening is a low-intensity workout that uses a series of exercises and breathing techniques to improve core strength, balance, and control of your body.

The main principles of Pilates include –

  • Relaxation
  • Precise Movement
  • Stamina

All our core strengthening and fitness instructors are tertiary qualified as either a Physiotherapist or an Exercise Physiologists.

  • Mat Work Core Strengthening Classes
  • Machine Based Private Sessions (Reformer and Wall Mounted Trapeze)
  • Machine Based Private Duo Session
