Medical Administrator Position at Soulitude Health

10 – 20 Hours Per Week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Administer and support the daily operations of the medical facility, ensuring efficient and high-quality services.
  • Policies and Compliance: Work within office policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and patient confidentiality.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Administer patient billing and end-of-day settlements.
  • Software Utilisation: Utilise practice management software to maintain electronic health records and manage appointments.
  • Communication: Communicate between the medical staff and upper management, regularly updating facility needs.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Recommended but not required.
  • Relevant experience in a medical office setting, with at least 2 years of administrative or management experience. Recommended but not required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially practice management software or can learn new applications.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
