Sally grew up in a small farming town in central west NSW. Sally loves the country community, but also the beach, so has been living and working in rural areas along the mid-north coast and northern rivers areas as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist since graduating university in 2013. Sally has been working in private practice since then, refining her skills in treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, orthopaedic and womens health conditions. Sally loves her job as a physiotherapist and enjoys teaching classes. She has a wealth of experience instructing hydrotherapy, osteoporosis, mat and reformer pilates classes.
Sally’s known for her caring nature and is passionate about helping her clients to achieve their goals. She believes that effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise is essential for optimal health and doesn’t need to be complicated. Sally is commitment to delivering high quality care.
Playing sport was an everyday part of life growing up in the country and Sally played a variety of sports including touch football, soccer, tennis and cricket, and she competed at state level for swimming and netball.
Sally has a 1 year old son, and is expecting another child later this year. She values a good work-life balance and outside of the clinic, you may find her at home with family, at the beach, unwinding through exercise, and spending time with friends.
