HOW CAN EXERCISE HELP?
Exercise along with a healthy diet can lower the levels of cholesterol in the blood. Exercise can include aerobic and resistance based activity. It is recommended to perform approximately 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. If you are sedentary it is essential to start slow when beginning exercise and to seek advice from an accredited exercise physiologist to design a specific program to your needs and goals
