At Soulitude Health, we believe that taking care of yourself is about physical fitness and mental and emotional wellness. That’s why our classes focus on holistic approaches to health, incorporating exercise, mindfulness, nutrition, and self-care practices.
We understand that life can get busy, and it can be easy to neglect our own needs. However, by prioritising self-care and making time for our classes, you invest in your long-term health and happiness.
We aim to create a safe and supportive space for all individuals, regardless of their fitness level or experience.
We also want to achieve a fair and hassle-free way for people to participate in our classes. At the moment, we are doing the following:
- Roll over Clients from Class to Class. ( Rolling Booking). Hence, you get text messages weekly if you have a class booked.
- All bookings are completed at the front desk. Class Check-in and Check-out are completed before and after class.
- No cancellation or no-show fees.
We hope to streamline the booking process and allow people to book. We are hoping to implement the following.
- All Clients currently in a class will be booked into classes ongoing for the next 6 months that want to have the spot held for their use.
- From the 17th of February 2025, online class booking will be turned on, and people can book classes online if available. If you want to be booked in the class, you can do so with front desk staff or online.
- Text message confirmations are sent out at 9am the day before the class. Please confirm by 1pm that day. Cancellations will then be updated in the class so people can book online.
- If a class is confirmed and the client does not attend, the service fee will be applied to the account, or the client will forfeit one of their Sessions from the Valid Block.
